Conclusion and Reflection by Alex Torres, Carlos Rodriguez, Andrea Vazquez, and Lacey Mathison

We found a lot of evidence that our claim was true. The sun is setting on the American Dream because it is not as reachable as it once was for many Americans. This is true because there is too much corporate greed, the middle class is diminishing because because of economic inequality, there is still racism and discrimination, and there are too many of our cities filled with drugs and violence.That being said we also found a message of hope in our interviews, articles, and song lyrics. We feel that America could be a better place and that it is a shame we have to keep addressing the same issues that we were fighting a long time ago and worrying about new issues, too, like economic inequality. But even with all these problems we came to the conclusion that we are all glad to be living in America and that we will keep working towards reaching the American Dream.
